This guy Timothy Tackett (“Mr. Unstable”) took a bath in the utility sink at a Burger King in Xenia, Ohio on his birthday. After the video (below) was posted on MySpace, Tackett along with his manager were fired. 

Tackett apologizes for the incident and takes blame in the interview below.
