Flipswap seems to be a pretty cool site/service that allows you to trade your cell phone or iPod for cash. Shipping is free too.

Just find your cell phone on Flipswap's extensive list, print out your receipt and shipping label (did I mention that shipping is free!?), and pack your phone in a padded envelope or box. That's it! Your check will be sent to you within a few weeks. You can also find places that will issue you a store credit, or you can send your phone in for charity. Oh, and an 8gb iPhone just went for $166.98 on Flipswap.
