I hvaen't been to BK for   over a year so I decided to stop by today.

I'm actually eating a double whopper now.

 I can't even remember the last time i had one.

It is glorious.

Got up at 6:00.

Ran 17 miles. 

Interviewed Los Campesinos.

Ate a Double Quarter Pounder.

Finished a Review. 

Hung out.

Watched The Office.

Good day.

I'm proud of myseslf if I get 6 miles in.

Yesterday I went to the vzw store to return my phone.

The battery was fucked up and I was within my 30 days so I got a brand new Storm.

 The girl that helped me was attractive, pleasant and flirty. I thought about asking her out but i've never had good experiences in those situations in the past, or vice versa. Somtimes it's quite difficult to read signals. Grrrr.

-Went to the Girl Talk show last night. 

Yeaaaaah, my friends and I were the oldest guys there.

I've never felt so out of place before.

There were at lleast 60 kids on the stage surrounding him dancing, throwing toilet paper and confetti.  HAHA The crowd ERUPTED when the chorus of Kelly Clarkson's 'Since You've Been Gone" kicked in.  One funny note: There were guys  standing all around him at first  (which one of them had his shirt off twirling it around) ended up  getting pushed to the back (very quickly) to make room for the girls (which two of them standing on each side were quite busty and semi-cute) during the rest of his set.  I just couldn't stop laughing when I heard this continuous chant "GIRL TALK! GIRL TALK! GIRL TALK!" 

There were so many kids running around with tights, shorts, sports jerseys and headbands...god damn headbands.  The show was fun and better than any rave i've ever been to.

Today:

-Got up at 10

-Talked  to dad on the phone.

- Getting ready to clean up my place

-Debating on working out, although I doubt I will today.

-I have to give both dogs a bath.

-I don't know if I want pizza, steak, or fish.  I'm thinking of baking salmon with trisket crumbs for the breading and olive oil. mmmmmm

-Can't wait for the Steelers/Ravens game.

-Steelers

Got up and had Cookies and Creme Pop Tarts

Ran stairs for an hour and a half, listened to the history of Rome

Worked on  Los Campesinos interview

Cleaned a bookshelf

Talked to the parents

Spent quality time with the wife

Created some meaningful chemistry worksheets

Found a new Mickey Rourke wallpaper

Had some food from Trader Joe's 

Drank some Microbrew 

Watched some Tee Vee 

Wondered where the day went
