I wanted a milk shake from steak and shake  so bad today.

I went to  calorieking.com and checked out what the damage was...I then decided I no longer wanted a milkshake from steak and shake.

Soooo, I ended up going 7 miles on the treadmill today.

I'll have yogurt instead.

God damnit.

It was soo good I started to think about it today.
