My friend at work was arguing that this place "Ralph's Italian Ices" is better than Rita's, which is more prominent in NJ, but I had both by me growing up. I told him he was dumb and then we started to get into ice cream, but I thought the Mr. Frostee truck hit the spot, but couldn't think of anything more. So when it's hot outside, where do you go for milk cream refreshness?

Well, the Ice Cream Man — http://www.icecreamman.com — turns up at places you might already be, so it's sort of in between.
We have Scoops in Los Angeles, though, where they have flavours like Coffee Jim Beam, so shops beat street. |
