If you buy a medium or large drink tomorrow (Thursday) McDonald's will be give a free Southern Style Chicken Biscuit or Southern Style Chicken Sandwich. When I first heard this I thought oh cool a free chicken sandwich, but since it requires the purchase of the drink it no longer seems like that good a deal.

I can't weigh in on the Canada question, but the commercial here in CA featured a breakfast chicken biscuit.  So, coffee must count.  Bon appétit!

I got a thing in the mail with coupons for a free chicken sandwich and a free biscuit. If I went and got the free sandwich with the purchase of a drink, would the first two free items mitigate the price of the drink to the point it's also a good deal?

 The biscuit was good, but Hardee's chicken biscuit is much better.

Yup. I'd give it three and a half stars. If I was paying for breakfast at McDonalds, I'd have the sausage biscuit.

something's off about this whole thing. i don't trust mickey d chicken to begin with. i don't know how i feel about free mickey d chicken. but, since i just spent serious scrill at a stupid sample sale, i most oblige to all things free for the next couple of months.

I didn't have a clue about this deal when I went into McDonald's today. Yes, I went there by choice, but yes, it was because I didn't feel like doing dishes. I walked in and ordered the Nugget Meal and left, ignorantly content. 

 

I understand the weird looks I was getting from the girl behind the counter now.
