...for having a bandaid on my flash in the photo pit during Mastodon. Ha! I shoot ghetto stylee--10 cent diffusers n' junk. Hope you got good shots, dude!

To make this thread somewhat of an interesting discussion, what lo-fi tricks do you use to make your hi-fi cameras take even better photos?

ha, i was complementing you on your ingenuity!
one thing i've seen people do is to take an index card and secure it to the flash head via a rubber band, to act as a white bounce card. |

thanks man! it was a great show to shoot...shooting metal bands can be so much more satisfying than shooting yr average indie rock band...

I used to put bubble wrap over my flash. It looked really nice, and protected stuff in my bag when I wasn't using it.
