It was miles better than the set at Osheaga.  

that was insanely good.

I was pleasantly surprised with the crowd. Normally Toronto crowds can be somewhat weak at back catalogue knowledge (i.e. when I went to see the black keys and tighten up got a better response than thickfreakness), but this time everyone was equally into the old and new tracks...

I love olympic island for shows. I managed to take down a good amount of liquor on a random beach while the sadies were busy underwhelming everyone inside the actual venue.

I checked out the new Royksopp record yesterday.

Man, these guys have really fallen off the map since their first release.

This record is just lazy. Boring. Meh.

@h0gy, yeah the crowd was one of the best t.o crowds I've ever been a part of. And Janelle Monae surprised the hell out of me. She was really good.

I still think the ferry situation is a disaster on the island, but the show left me with such good vibes that I wasnt complaining too much, even though it took me 2 hours to get on a boat.
