In fairness, Jay Elect was pretty weird before Erykah got her mits on him. I blame the Just Blaze curse. Look what happened to his other protege. Saigon's album is like five years late and counting! He's killin me with this Act 2 though. It was supposed to be out already! Where the hell is it?
