I just checked Google Trends and see that the phrase "Is Z-Ro Dead?" is one of the most searched phrases right now. I've scoured the web, but I don't see anything so far that confirms that he's passed. At this point it seems like a rumor similiar to recent ones about DJ Khaled and Lil Wayne. Like those rumors that proved to be false, supposedly there is a text floating around stating he was shot in a club in Houston and announced dead on 2/18. This sounds like complete b.s. to me and I hope it's true considering he's one of the best rappers out there easily.
