Anyone else keeping up with this. I liked Budden's 2nd diss, but Saigon came back with a respectable reply. I still give the edge to Budden though. He's probably one of my favorite emcees, too bad he probably won't ever blow.

I like both these guys. Didn't know if Saigon still had it in him, but his diss was fierce.

 

Budden had that one big single years ago, but since then he's been relegated to the favorite rapper for underground heads and bloggers. Would be cool to see him back up top though, seems like a pretty smart guy although it is ridiculous how many beefs he's been in.

I remember Budden being on that Def Jam Vendetta wrestling game. He realy sucked. I can't really speak on his music though.

I remember that game and hated it.

The idea of rappers fighting each other in a ring is pretty funny.

 

Seems like the game received good reviews though. Maybe I was just terrible at it.

I actually kind of liked it-- the fighting engine was great, and the special moves were patently ridiculous. It just didn't make sense to use rappers.

I kinda wanna play it again. I'm trying to get my friend to get Skate 2 for X-Box 360 right now

My roommate has the second Def Jam game for Gamecube, and we played a bunch when he got it (like a year ago), but haven't played it at all since.

 

Ditto for Skate 2. I couldn't convince my roomie to get Skate One a month ago (it was used, and like 30 bucks), so I'm not betting I've got a good shot. Although I have played the demo version a bunch, and it's pretty sweet. The walking part is kind of rough though.

 

On a different note, I've played Mirror's Edge (my roomie's GF got it for him for X-Mas) and that game kind of blows. It gets old really, really fast.

Never played that one. I didn't have vg's until N64.
