I'm sorry for this sin against humanity, but I really can't get into it. Anyone else?

I agree with those who have said it's not as much of an emotional rush as the band's past albums. I think TVOTR is currently in the stage of its career where it's getting a free pass for a lot of things. But I still think Dear Science has got so much going for it that's it hard not to like it. It's intelligent musically and lyrically, shows a wider range of skills than the band has ever shown, and ups the stakes. It's not my favorite TVOTR album, but I will still be listening to it regularly for awhile.

I dislike the album.

Oh man i thought the question was "anyone not into DEAD Science?" and I was gonna smack y'all 'cuz that band is amazing. I hate Dear Science though I haven't heard it. Someone around here has to be a maverick!
