One of the most distinguishing aspects of “Freaks and Geeks” was its amazing soundtrack. The selection of music established the tone for the show and warrants some recognition. It captured the true spirit of this ingenious series and highlighted the humor and intelligence of the characters by serving as the musical backdrop for each episode. For me, the most poignant scenes of the show coupled with timely song placement is what defined it as original. The musical cues are often hilarious and rarely gratuitous. So, if you are a fan of this cult classic, then you already understand what I mean. If not, I recommend checking it out because you won’t be disappointed....
