Who says music is dying? We listed 100 albums we can't wait to hear in 2012.

: Prefix's 100 Most Anticipated Albums Of 2012

If December brings the list-making season of our favorite albums, songs, and everything else music-related in the previous year, then January brings with it a time to think about what's to come in the next 12 months. And here at Prefix, we're your source for some of the most-anticipated albums set to drop in 2012.

A majority of these projects have been announced through proper press releases, tweets, Facebook announcements, and the like, though some haven't been, how do you say, confirmed. That being said, those unconfirmed projects -- like ASAP Rocky's proper debut and Grizzly Bear's fourth album -- are likely to arrive in '12.

You can view the entire list of our most-anticipated albums below. Be prepared, it's lengthy. We found 100 records we're looking forward to in the coming year.
