        the lawsuit is new. i don't think its even been reported by Pfork yet.

        Thanks, Steve. Yeah, PFM and myriad other sites have been reporting this for a few weeks, and PFM even mentioned the possibility of a suit by the bands. But the actual suit wasn't filed until yesterday, so that was the news peg (basis for this post).
